Location
Angus Plaza is located on a prime commercial strip on the southeast corner of Mill Street (Hwy 90) and King Street. Hwy 90 is the most densely traveled road per capita in southern Ontario other than the 400 series.

Trading Area
Town of Angus, Essa Township and CFB Borden to date have a trading area that encompasses almost 25,000 people. According to a recent study (2008), the area’s population is anticipated to grow by an additional 275,000 people over the next 20 years.

Units
Multi usage units are available ranging from 1,750 sq. ft. to 10,000 sq. ft. with ample parking and easy access routes onto Hwy 90 and River Drive.
